FAQ
Everything you want to know.
Straight answers on timelines, process, and what it's like to work together — before you book a call.
- Not at all. Most of our best clients have zero technical background. My job is to translate your business vision into a real product — and explain every decision in plain English. You'll always know what's being built and why.
- An MVP typically takes 4–8 weeks. A full-featured product is usually 10–16 weeks. These timelines depend on complexity and your feedback speed. We'll give you a clear estimate after our discovery call — no vague "it depends" answers.
- I'm directly involved in every project. I'm not a middleman agency farming your work out. You get direct access to me throughout the build. For larger projects, I work with trusted collaborators under my direct supervision — no unknown team handoffs.
- That's exactly where we start. The discovery session is designed to help you go from "here's my idea" to "here's exactly what we're building, in what order, and why." You don't need a PRD or wireframes — just a clear problem you want to solve.
- Yes. All projects include at least 4 weeks of post-launch support. Longer-term retainers are available for ongoing maintenance, feature additions, and growth support. Most clients stay on retainer because it's the smart move.
- Project costs depend on scope and complexity. We scope every project individually so you pay for what you actually need — no padded estimates. After a discovery call, you'll get a detailed quote with clear line items. Book a call and let's figure out what makes sense for your budget.
