By accessing or using the 1000xcode website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1000xcode regarding your use of our website and engagement of our services.

1000xcode provides premium mobile app development services, including but not limited to:

• Strategy and product consulting
• UI/UX design
• Mobile application development (iOS and Android)
• Quality assurance and testing
• App store launch and optimization
• Post-launch support and scaling

Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms for each project are outlined in separate project agreements.

Each project engagement will be governed by a separate Project Agreement that specifies:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Intellectual property rights
• Confidentiality obligations

In case of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a Project Agreement, the Project Agreement shall prevail.

Our Property: The 1000xcode website, branding, and proprietary methodologies remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our website without prior written consent.

Client Property: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for their project, as outlined in the Project Agreement.

Third-Party Components: Projects may include third-party libraries or frameworks subject to their respective licenses.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any other sensitive information.

We may request permission to feature completed projects in our portfolio, subject to your approval.

Payment terms are specified in individual Project Agreements. Generally:

• Projects require an initial deposit before work commences
• Milestone payments are due upon completion of defined deliverables
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However:

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, app store rankings, or revenue results
• Third-party platform changes (iOS, Android, app stores) may affect functionality
• Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1000xcode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claims arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific project.

Either party may terminate a project engagement as specified in the Project Agreement. Upon termination:

• Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date
• Deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to the client
• Both parties shall return or destroy confidential information

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
