Terms of Service

Last updated: April 11, 2026

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the public website operated by 1000xcodes (“we”, “us”) at our home page and related pages (together, the “Site”), including when you browse content, use our Book a Call scheduling flow, or contact us through channels we publish (for example, our Instagram profile when linked from the Site). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site is

The Site is an informational marketing and portfolio presence for our app development services. It describes what we do and how to reach us; it is not a logged-in product, and we do not offer user accounts on the Site itself. Separate written agreements apply when you engage us for paid work; those agreements control for those engagements.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or infringes others’ rights;
  • Attempt to interfere with the Site’s security, availability, or integrity (including probing, scanning, or overloading our systems without authorization);
  • Scrape, harvest, or automate access to the Site in a manner that burdens our infrastructure or bypasses normal browsing;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit false or misleading information when booking a call or contacting us.

Scheduling and third-party services

When you book a call, you may use our embedded scheduler provided by Cal.com. Your use of Cal.com is also subject to Cal.com’s terms and policies. We host the Site on infrastructure such as Vercel; their terms apply to their services. Embedded media on portfolio pages (for example, YouTube) is subject to the respective provider’s terms.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content (text, layout, branding, and our original materials) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or non-commercial reference. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all information on it are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us solely for access to the Site in the twelve (12) months before the claim (if any), or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 1000xcodes and its operator from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1000xcodes operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply.

Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact us via Book a Call or the contact options we publish on the Site. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information on the Site.
